Through the Web http://www.thegrey.es (hereinafter the Web) is provided to visitors and users, information about the services that GREY offers as a Corporate Affairs company.

CONTENTS OF THE WEB – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the contents of the Web, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of GREY or of third parties who have authorized their inclusion in the same.
Likewise, all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the Web are protected by law and their reproduction, imitation, use or insertion without due authorization from GREY is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- A) Responsibility for the use of the Web
 
The user is solely responsible for any infringements that may be incurred or damages that may be caused or caused by the use of the Web, being GREY exonerated from any kind of liability that may arise from the actions of the user.
The user is solely liable for any claim or legal action, judicial or extrajudicial, initiated by third parties against GREY based on the user’s use of the Web. If applicable, the user shall assume all expenses, costs and indemnities incurred by GREY as a result of such claims or legal actions.
- B) Responsibility for the operation of the Web
 
GREY makes every effort to ensure that browsing through the Web is carried out under the best conditions. However, it shall be exonerated from any liability that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by reasons beyond GREY’s control.
Likewise, GREY also excludes any liability that may arise from delays or blockages in the operation of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or the Internet, as well as damage caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond the control of GREY.
- C) Liability for links
 
This Web or/and the different actions developed in it, may incorporate links to other sites or pages, being the owners of such sites or pages responsible for the contents hosted in them.
Furthermore, the existence of hyperlinks on third party web pages that allow access to this Web shall in no case imply the existence of commercial or mercantile relations with the owner of the web page where the hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance by GREY of its contents or services.
GREY declines all responsibility for the information found outside the Web.
GREY shall be exempt from any liability for the proper functioning of such links, the results obtained through such links, the veracity and legality of the content or information that can be accessed as well as the damages that may be suffered by virtue of the information found on the linked website.
- D) Liability for advertising
 
The GREY Web does not host advertising content from third parties. It is a corporate website in which the different services offered by the same are exposed.
If at any time GREY decides to include third party advertising on its website, advertisers and sponsors will be solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for inclusion on the Web complies with the laws that may be applicable in each case. GREY shall not be liable for any error, inaccuracy or irregularity that may be contained in the advertising content of third parties or sponsors. In any case, in order to file any claim related to the advertising content inserted in this Web, you can contact GREY through any of the means provided at the beginning of this document.
INTERPRETATION, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice shall be interpreted under Spanish law.
Any clause or provision of this Legal Notice that is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall be excluded from the same and shall be deemed unenforceable to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability, and shall be replaced by another that is as similar as possible to the previous one, but shall not affect or prejudice the remaining provisions, which shall be excluded from any illegal, invalid or unenforceable clause or provision and shall remain, on the contrary, in full force and effect.
Furthermore, GREY and the user, waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid for any dispute that may arise.
